Mission

Our mission is to be the light and love of Christ in action for the community … through worship, fellowship, service and learning, and we constantly look for ways to make it more words on a screen.

Each week we have a Sunday worship service at 10:00 am, in person and streamed live online, then available on our YouTube channel. Other special services are posted on our website, newsletter and social media.

Attending the service is the perfect time to see friends, old and new, and welcome visitors.  Coffee is available on Sunday right at the front door, and people often remain to chat and exchange news after the service.

In fact, we offer loads of opportunities to have fellowship with others. A group of young adults meets monthly. Another group meets as needed to make and freeze meals… for people in the congregation or those who would benefit from a meal now and then. We have delicious congregational lunches and dinners at frequent times throughout the year. Grownups and children meet as needed to fill supplies of manna bags (sold to whoever wants to keep a supply in their cars to hand out to homeless people they encounter). We occasionally offer weekday evening Bible study. Volunteers meet to sort the food for End 52 Hours of Hunger.

All of this with the love of Jesus ever remembered in our minds and hearts.
