SUMMARY: The Facilities Superintendent maintains and oversees all grounds, building, and equipment belonging to Hyde Park Presbyterian Church relating to its preparation and use. Duties include grounds and building maintenance, oversight of service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations for proper usage and coordinating renovations and updates.
Position: Salaried 20-25 hours per week with a flexible work schedule
Requirements:
- Resume with references
- Three years of relatable experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good communicator
- Successful background check
