Last year our Lenten Dinners for 8 were such a delicious success, we thought we’d go back for seconds in 2026!
How does it work? Every member and frequent visitor of HPPC is personally invited to dinner in the home of another member. It’s a nice way to get to know one another in a more casual setting—and maybe connect with people you don’t know very well.
Whose homes do we go to? Anyone who wants to have people over! Hosts set the date and time of day they would like to host during Lent (February 18- March 29).
They then decide if they want to prepare a whole meal, or do a potluck, or have guests bring desserts, … or anything in between!
How do I sign up? First, we need hosts! Contact Lynda Waters (lyndah2os@gmail.com) or the Church Office (office@hydeparkpres.com) if you are interested in hosting. Once we have a line up of dates, we can start signing up!
