Then I said: “Lord, the God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments, let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel.”
Nehemiah 1: 5,6

Sunday School Classes for Children and Adults at 11:00 am.

CHURCH NEWS

Leighton Ford Ministries Visioning Continues

Information from the All Church Surveys and the Focus Groups is still being extrapolated by Leighton Ford Ministries, getting ready for the next steips. As you may remember, this outstanding national organization is helping us through the process of exploring where we currently find ourselves post-Covid, and where we collectively desire to grow and build for our future. Many thanks to all those who took the survey and focus groups.

Please pray every day for our church and its future work for God as this process continues.

Chickens Gifted for Christmas!

Our Adult Sunday School class donated enough money for the Presbyterian Mission Agency to purchase 7 families of chickens.  “Chickens provide eggs for food, feathers for pillows and fertilizer for crops.  By giving a family of chickens, you can help improve the food security and livelihoods of farmers and families around the world.”  You may learn more at the following link https://presbyteriangifts.pcusa.org/

Thank You for your outpouring of love this Christmas!

Thank you to those that contributed to the beautification of the sanctuary with poinsettias and their time for decorating.

Guardian ad Litem has expressed their thanks to so many of you who donated those served by Guardian Ad Litem. The collection included dozens of dolls, trucks, dinosaurs and a variety of other toys for children of all ages. Thanks to those of you who sent monetary donations!!  Over $100 dollars was collected and used to add to the toy collection, and gift cards to a variety of stores and fast food restaurants was almost $400.
