The New Life Group Meets June 20th
Young adults are planning to meet monthly starting on Tuesday, June 20th at 6:30 pm for dinner and Bible study at Carol and Bob Kline’s house (1206 Suffolk Drive, Tampa, FL 33629).  Dinner will be from 6:30-7:30 pm with Bible study to follow. We will meet every third Tuesday of the month (no child care).

Bring Your Dad on Sunday!Calling all kids! Miss Ilma has something very special planned for Father’s Day. Be sure to bring your Dad, and during the service you can create something special to give out at the end of the Worship Service.See you Sunday!

Guest pastor Rev. Rebecca Harrison
The Rev. Rebecca Harrison and her husband moved to  the Tampa Bay Area in early 2019, from Asheville, NC. Rebecca was ordained as a minister of word and sacrament in September 1984, and has served churches in called and interim positions.  She currently serves as the chair of the Presbytery’s Board of Trustees.No Children’s & Adult Classes on Sunday. Enjoy your Father’s Day!

Welcome Carla Jackson!
Our new Administrative AssistantWe are thrilled to welcome Carla Jackson as our new Administrative Assistant. Her office hours will be 9:00 am to 1:00 pm daily.Carla brings a wealth of experience to our office from senior executive assistant, admin assistant with Kelly Services, operation manager and nanny. Carla has four beautiful children (3 in Ohio and 1 in WV) and three grandchildren. She is a Sunday School Teacher; giving back to Him for all her blessings.If you drop by to say hello on a Friday, you may find her sporting an Ohio State Buckeyes shirt!
Drop (off) Your Drawers!  June 25 – July 16th!
The HPPC Missions Ministry has partnered with Clothes to Kids in support of their Drop off Your Drawers campaign. You can help by donating packages of new underwear and new socks for kids and teens from age 4 thru High School.All sizes of boys and young men’s boxer briefs and socks and packages of underwear for girls (sizes 4-16) and young women along with packages of socks are needed.
A Mountain of Diapers, Boxes of Art Supplies and a Suitcase of Quilt Material!

Many thanks to everyone who donated boxes of diapers and wipes for the Mother’s Day Diaper Drive for BethEl Farmworkers Ministry in Wimauma.

And special thanks to Jett Tanner who donated boxes and boxes of arts and crafts supplies! BethEl has an art teacher who creates amazing things with the kids each week. These were an expected surprise! Also, and huge suitcase of cloth that could be used to make quilts or crafts was also donated. Lynda Waters delivered the goods, which took a pickup truck to carry it all.

Thanks to Nancy Corwin and Megan Leibl on our Missions Committee for spearheading these projects, and to all who donated money, diapers and more to the cause!
