Salaried, 30 hrs/week, flexible scheduleThe Facilities Superintendent maintains and oversees all grounds, building, and equipment belonging to HydePark Pres relating to its preparation and se. Duties include grounds and building maintenance, oversight of service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations for proper usage and coordinating renovations and updates.Required: resume with references; 3 years of relatable experience; high school diploma or equivalent; good communicator; successful background check.
Annual salary: $32,000 – $38,000.
