The Missions Ministry “kicks off” the Advent Season with its Be a Guardian Angel project. We are again partnering with the Guardian Ad Litem program to provide new toys for children and youth who are in the foster care system or under the supervision of the courts. In addition to new toys, you may donate money online (Easy Tithe/Donate/Guardian Angel Christmas) or with a check marked Guardian Ad Litem (by December 1). This gives the committee elves 
adequate time to shop.
Only new, unwrapped toys are needed. Bring your new cars, trucks, multicultural dolls, crafts, Legos, and science activities to the church before December 12. At the Advent Tree Lighting service on Sunday, December 5 toys will be accepted. On Saturday, December 11, from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, Nancy Corwin of the Missions Ministry will be at the Willow Street entrance to the church to accept your donations. You may also order items from Amazon and have them delivered to the church. The drive concludes on Sunday, December 12.
