Lauren Arena is Honored on Her Last Sunday at HPPC
Lauren Arena was presented with flowers, a Target gift card, and many, many thanks from Dek Wright, co-chair of the Worship Committee this past Sunday. Lauren has led our congregation in hymns and provided special music at our Sunday worship services for the past year. She will be attending Nova Southeastern University on Florida’s East Coast, and we will miss her beautiful voice.
Madden Moore, also a Plant High Choral student, will be joining us in August. Madden also plays the violin.
July 28th Water Balloons!
This Sunday, Kids Summer Sunday School marks the start of lessons from Jesus’ parables in Matthew and then tons of water balloon fun! Children leave after the Children’s Time at Worship and will wrap up about 11:00.
Please wear clothes appropriate to getting soaked!

West Tampa Elementary need school supplies for Teachers and Children!
Children and adults are collecting different supplies for West Tampa Elementary. The adults are supporting the teachers with supplies, and the kids bring a donation that’s on the kid’s school supply list.
Items for adults to donate are: quart and gallon Ziplock bags, large bottles of hand sanitizer or containers of sanitizing wipes, white or colored printer paper, 3 hole plastic page protectors, and rolls of paper towels. CLICK HERE to order from Amazon.
Tax-free days are the two weeks before school starts on Mon. Aug. 12th.
Tech Team Volunteer Opportunity!
The Tech Team (Bruce Orand & Marc Wallace) need volunteers to help with Sunday audio/video and streaming for the service. Training will be provided!!
