Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.                                    — Acts 46,47

Daylight Savings Time Begins.
Spring Forward This Sunday! Remember to “spring forward” any of your “non-smart” clocks, microwaves, etc. the night before. Confusion before consuming your morning coffee has been known to occur.Daylight Savings is a good time to: check the batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Also check the expiration date on your fire extinguisher.

Feeding Friends Freezer Filled with Food

Nine ladies wielding knives (plus baby Reese who just ate) rallied at Jane Brannan’s spacious kitchen to restock the freezer in the downstairs kitchen at the church.Things we learned: Susie has amazing knife skills, thanks to a stint working at Williams Sonoma, more than one person did not know how to operate an electric can opener, and if you follow the recipe for spices in the White Chicken Chili recipe, it will be too hot. Never fear, we did NOT use all the spices!

Please stop by the kitchen at church and take a meal to someone who needs a break from cooking. There are: Pulled Pork Shepherd’s Pie, White Chicken Chili, and Chicken Vegetable Stew.

Thanks to Sandy Kennedy, Ann Orand, Jane Brannan, Lynda Waters, Ann & Briana Maxey, Susie Rodriguez, Harriet Plyler and Brianna & Reese Brannan.
