Come ring in the New Year with resolutions, blessings, hats, blowers, and ice cream! We’ll be sharing the Winter 2023 Wednesday night calendar, and fun activities. There is much to be thankful for and all ages are welcome to celebrate!
Let’s make Wednesdays an evening to connect with each other in our church and those in our community through new and engaging programing each Wednesday night! Dinner will be from 6-6:45pm with the program starting at 7pm and ending promptly at 8pm. Child care and children’s programming will be provided on nights that are not an ALL AGES program. Bring your own box/brown bag dinner or order a Pub Sub Box ($10) by Sunday deadline.

Sunday School Classes for Children and Adults at 11:00 am.
Sunday School for Kids & Adults at 11:00 am
All children begin classes in the Chapel immediately after the Worship service with singing. Adult class is in the Learning Center.
Kindergarten & Up Miss Ilma has prepared engaging programs on The Christmas Story the grade school kids won’t want to miss! Cozy Corner Nursery: age appropriate activities for newborns through Pre-Kindergarten. Adult Class: God, the Just King. This is great point to reconnect as we have been in Advent and learned about how Christ came from the lineage of David and why it is important.
CHURCH NEWS
2023 NEW PRAYER CHALLENGE
Last fall we began in-depth efforts to grow and rebuild our beloved church. With the help of Leighton Ford
Ministries, a church wide survey was conducted in October and focus group interviews were held with 24 active members in November.
In January and February, the leadership of HPPC will be engaging over the next few months in planning retreats to pinpoint key areas of priority, exploring key issues related to our worship, ministry, outreach, education, membership, building and staff to create a comprehensive plan for HPPC.
How can we all best help?
By Committing to Pray!
How often? TWICE A DAY.
WHEN? At 8:28 am and 8:28 pm
Why such an odd time? Praying at the same time, twice a day, will help us get into a predictable habit. We have chosen this specific time to unite all of us with the promise of Romans 8:28 which proclaims … “We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to His purpose.”
We believe that we are called by God here at HPPC and we desire to see His will and purposes fleshed out here at HPPC. Join us. Pray twice a day at 8:28!!
Prayers of Comfort
It is our privilege to pray for those who mourn. Please keep these families in your prayers, that God will give them comfort and peace as only He can give.
