In addition to the Congregation approving the slate of committee nominations (see above), we heard from Guy Bryant, chair of the Building Committee, who gave a brief overview of the past year.
HPPC sustained over $700,000 in storm damage over the last year and a half.
We have added tenants utilizing our building and paying rent:

Apollo Academy is thriving. They will continue adding classroom space throughout their 5-year contract.

Elevate Tampa Bay serves urban students, making a difference in their life journey.

End 68 Hours of Hunger moved to the west side of the building, utilizing the Orleans Avenue entrance. Construction will begin on a ramp next week, and deliveries and volunteer traffic will move through the Orleans door.
The Steeple has been refurbished and painted and is awaiting the final lighting upgrade.
The elevator is nearing completion but is awaiting another piece of equipment with a long lead time.
We have received over $250,000 from our insurance, and are hoping for a final payment around $100,000.
The restoration to the Elevate rooms will start soon. Once completed, construction will likely pause until future funding is decided.
